All services are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. We serve clients in the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, UAE, and worldwide.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal and other online payment methods
• Cryptocurrency (on request)

All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes, transaction fees, and currency conversion charges may apply. Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.

We strive to deliver exceptional value and client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss a resolution. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed for custom development projects, AI model training, or completed deliverables. For subscription or retainer services, unused portions may be eligible for prorated refunds. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@gtsol360.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and return or destroy any confidential information, source code, or proprietary materials in your possession. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services rendered prior to termination.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error‑free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of our services will be accurate or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTSol360 (Global Technology Solution 360) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code
• Any errors or omissions in any content

You agree to indemnify and hold GTSol360, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan. However, we reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where you are located.
